Telefonix® Displaying the First Commerical Level 1 Electric Vehicle Charging Station at the 25th Annual Energy Fair in Custer, WI

 

Waukegan, Illinois (Jun 17, 2014) Telefonix®, Inc., a leading developer of cord reel technology and technological solutions primarily for highly regulated industries, and manufacturer of the L1 PowerPost™ commercial electric vehicle charging station, will be attending the 25th Annual Energy Fair from June 20 to 22, 2014 in Custer, Wisconsin.

 

Telefonix, the creator of the first true commercial Level 1 electric vehicle (EV) charging station, will be demonstrating the cost efficient practice of low level EV charging in the Clean Transportation Show area at booth X30. L1 PowerPost charging units, which are UL 2594 certified for EVSE, will be on display in the Telefonix booth. Two fully functional L2 PowerPost charging stations, the newest addition to the product line, will also be available to patrons of the fair to charge their electric vehicles.

 

The L1 PowerPost EV charging station is used to power plug-in vehicles and is an economic solution for property managers and parking facilities to install units where EVs dwell beyond the home: workplace, airports, hotels and more.

 

The Energy Fair brings over 18,000 people from across the United States and several countries to learn about alternative energy with exhibits, workshops and demonstrations. The event will host over 200 exhibitors and more than 200 workshops that will promote forms of alternative energy and transportation such as EVs, solar and wind power.

 

The L1 PowerPost EV charging team will be available at the fair to answer questions on how Level 1 helps support eco sustainability in transportation.
