ROSALIND FRANKLIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND MEDICINE REPORTS HIGH USE OF NEW CHARGING STATIONS

Konnectronix’s customer in North Chicago, Rosalind Franklin University, installed 12 new L1 PowerPost™ EVSE charging stations last November. They reported to us that they typically see 6 or more of those charging stations in use every day.The vehicles that are using the L1 PowerPost™ EVSEs include a Tesla, several Leafs and Volts, and a new Ford C-Max Energi.

Use of their charging stations is free to visitors, students and faculty. Even in the snow and sub-zero temperatures that we have had this winter in Chicago, EV drivers are still plugging in regularly at Rosalind Franklin.The photo below was taken on January 24th during the Polar Vortex that passed through the Chicago area.
