Tax credits for PowerPost EV Chargers and their installation have been extended.

The U.S. Department of Energy has announced the Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Tax Credit, originally expired on December 31, 2013, has been retroactively extended through December 31, 2016. Those installing Electric Vehicle Charging Stations are eligible for a tax credit of 30% of the cost, not to exceed $30,000. PowerPost EV chargers are considered qualified equipment eligible for the rebate in addition to the majority of installation costs.
